WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

  • We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for in stock orders to ship. We ship Monday-Friday.
  • Please note our handmade jewelry items are made to order and production takes 1-2 weeks before shipment.
  • On the product page an estimated delivery time is shown under the "add to cart" button.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide!

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    • After your order has shipped most US orders are delivered within 2-5 business days via USPS.
    • INTERNATIONAL orders can take typically are delivered within 6-10 business days via USPS.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    • You can track your order from the confirmation email you receive after purchase.

    HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

    • FREE within the US!
    • Standard shipping for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS varies depending on weight.

    DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

    • Express shipping is available at an additional cost. US Express orders are delivered within 1-2 days. INTERNATIONAL Express orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
    • ***Express orders must be placed by 10am EDT. for same day shipping.
    • *Please note our handmade jewelry is made to order and production time cannot be rushed.

      WHY IS TRACKING NOT UPDATING?

      • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. Packages are dropped off in bulk and are not scanned in immediately.
      • In rare cases the postal service does lose packages. If you feel your tracking should have updated please contact us at customerservice@roselynns.com so we can look into it.

      WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

      • Unworn, unwashed clothing, with all tags attached, and in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery (date marked as delivered via tracking).
      • Personalized jewelry, body jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
      • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

      DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

      • If you would like to exchange an item we ask that you return the item and we will issue a refund. 
      • We cannot hold any items for exchange since we carry a limited supply of each item.

      DO YOU RESTOCK?

      • We try to restock popular items but this is not always possible. Since we are a boutique we carry a limited quantity of each item. Plus we don't want you wearing the same thing as the girl next door!
