HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- For US order $50+ SHIPPING IS FREE! Orders under $50 shipping goes by weight.
- Standard shipping for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS varies depending on weight.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
- Express shipping is available at an additional cost. US Express orders are delivered within 1-2 days. INTERNATIONAL Express orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
- ***Express orders must be placed by 10am EDT. for same day shipping.
WHY IS TRACKING NOT UPDATING?
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. Packages are dropped off in bulk and are not scanned in immediately.
- In rare cases the postal service does lose packages. If you feel your tracking should have updated please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Unworn, unwashed clothing, with all tags attached, and in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery (date marked as delivered via tracking).
- Personalized jewelry, body jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
- If you would like to exchange an item we ask that you return the item and we will issue a refund.
- We cannot hold any items for exchange since we carry a limited supply of each item.
DO YOU RESTOCK?
- We try to restock popular items but this is not always possible. Since we are a boutique we carry a limited quantity of each item. Plus we don't want you wearing the same thing as the girl next door!
DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT?
- No, we are an online boutique only.

We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you do not please read our return/exchange policies carefully below.
WANT TO EXCHANGE? Since our items often sell out quickly we recommend purchasing the new item(s) that you want and returning the items you don't want for a refund. (Please make sure returned items meet all guidelines.)
NEED TO RETURN? Unworn, undamaged clothing, with all tags attached, and no pet hair or odors may be returned for a refund. Jewelry that is unworn and in original condition/packaging not personalized and not body jewelry (any piercing jewelry) may be returned within 30 days.
**All accessories, personalized jewelry, body jewelry, sale items, or items purchased with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. No exceptions. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant, or animal hair on them, smelling of smoke, fragrances, or pet odors, damaged, final sale items or beyond 30 days from order date they will be denied. We will contact you to pay to ship it back to you. We cannot hold items longer than 30 days, after 30 days items will be donated to charity.

Please mail returns to PO BOX 26103 Fayetteville NC, 28314. Make sure your order number or packing slip is included with your return, we cannot process your return without this information. USPS is the most cost effective way to ship. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking with your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS? Please inspect your items immediately. If you feel you have received damaged or incorrect items please contact us within 3 days of receipt at Customerservice@roselynns.com so we can fix the problem. We cannot make exceptions for merchandise that has been in your possession for longer than 3 days. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition.
